Shihan's 2008 tour was a great success and everyone learnt a lot from it.

During the tour Shihan concentrated on how to use your legs and your body in order to move as effortless as possible while still creating the same amount of speed and power. These mvoe were carried out through the forms of basics and kata including Shihan's Ten No Kata and Annan.

Overall the tour was a huge success and we look forward to having Shihan over again soon.
